2600 Pure Bay

Blue Wave Boats announces 2600 Pure Bay NEW for 2020

AUGUST 19, 2019, SEMINOLE, OK – Blue Wave Boats launched 2600 Pure Bay during the Parks Manufacturing Dealer Meeting this August to current dealers and dealer prospects.

Blue Wave Boats builds bay boats ranging from 20’ to 28’.  “Our 2400 Pure Bay owners were looking for a boat to move up to, but they weren’t quite ready for the 28 yet,” states Steven Parks, President Blue Wave Boats.  2600 fits the sweet spot between 2400 Pure Bay and 2800 Pure Hybrid.

2600 Pure Bay features a double-stepped hull that is reinforced with Kevlar®.   Sporting an impressive 26’ 2” LOA this boat offers up serious space for fishing that converts to a stable and comfortable family cruiser thanks to third row seating that runs the width of the impressive 9’1” beam.

Blue Wave Boat’s unique build methodology consists of four stringers, whereas the rest of the industry relies on just two, plus a gridwork of bulkheads that fuse together when the hull and deck are laminated.  This process of construction delivers a strength you can feel the moment you step aboard and lightens up the build for impressive speed and fuel economy.

2600 Pure Bay is rated for 450 HP in a single or twin-engine configuration.

2800 Pure Hybrid named Best Boat by Florida Sportsman Magazine

Finally, a single boat that really can do it all.  Meet 2800 Pure Hybrid, the world’s largest bay boat,  who is just as comfortable fishing the shallows as fishing blue water.  This is the evolution of a new species of boat from the Parks family, who’ve been leading the charge in innovation since 1992.

The unique hull design of 2800 Pure Hybrid delivers a soft and comfortable ride with enough Carolina flare to stay dry in most conditions.  The double-stepped hull gets on top of the waves immediately for peak fuel economy and nimble performance.

The boat’s impressive size assures space for everything you need for a day of fishing or fun in the sun.

Fishing is at the forefront of this boats purpose-built design.  Two standard pressurized livewells holding 45 gallons of live bait, 35 gallons aft and a ten-gallon pitch well forward, are standard.  An additional seventy-five gallons of livewell is an option.  Spacious platforms with insulated fish boxes and lockable rod storage all drain overboard and keep the deck dry.  The console is large enough for twin 12” screens at the helm and a spacious step-down compartment has ample room for a porta potti and rigging access.  A comfortable jump seat and optional seat cushions for the bow turn this fishing machine into a sandbar champ.  And to top it off… you can easily fill ‘er up thanks to fuel fills port and starboard.

The transom is Kevlar reinforced to accommodate up to 557hp in a single or twin set-up.  Truly, no species is safe.
