Our goal in designing BLUE WAVE® BOATS is that each boat will last a lifetime. The quality of our hand laid fiberglass is unmatched in the industry. All wood used in construction carries a lifetime warranty against rot and delamination. All hardware and fasteners are 100% stainless steel. Our wiring is marine grade with soldered and salt water sealed connections. BLUE WAVE® hulls have proven to be work boat tough, yet usually remain lighter than the competition. Therefore, lower horse power motors can be implemented.
Blue Wave® Boats are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. The structural integrity of each hull further carries a limited five (5) year warranty. Warranty cards must be filled out and returned to manufacturer within 15 days of purchase. All warranty claims must be submitted by an authorized BLUE WAVE® dealer. The liability of the company shall be limited to repair or replacement of any parts judged defective by Parks Manufacturing, Inc. Transportation cost to and from Parks Manufacturing, Inc. are the responsibility of the owner. All approved warranty repairs will be made by Parks Manufacturing, Inc., in Checotah, Oklahoma. Accessories such as upholstery, lights, steering units, fuel tank, pump and other equipment not manufactured by Parks Manufacturing, Inc. are covered by the warranty (if any) of the manufacturers supplying these items and are not covered under this limited warranty. The wood used in construction is covered by a lifetime warranty against rot and delamination by the supplier. The following items are NOT covered under this limited warranty: gelcoat cracks, stress cracks, fading or changing colors, damage caused by improper mating of boat or trailor, windshield breakage, modification of the boat in any way other than instructed by Parks Manufacturing, Inc. This is a one-time transferable warranty. Warranty transfers must be received by Parks Manufacturing, Inc. within 10 days of sale along with a notarized copy of bill of sale.
