 All lamination procedures on Blue Wave® Boats are checked off on a Quality sheet before the next step can proceed. Every Blue Wave® employee has been taught and trained that QUALITY is more than QUANTITY. Unlike some of our competitors all Blue Wave® Boats are 100% hand laid from start to finish (not just the hull). The wood (yes, wood) used in our boats is guaranteed a lifetime and is also one time transferable. The wood is custom made for Blue Wave® Boats from a manufacturer in Oregon and comes directly to our plant. We have built thousands of boats over a decade with this wood and have NEVER had a failure of any kind. If you have ever heard of a boat having a rotten wood problem it was not the boat’s fault, it was the boat builder. When the right wood is used (such as ours) there will never be any problem with rot or delamination. THEY GUARANTEE IT!!! Our wood has been proven to be lighter, stronger and more durable than an all composite construction boat. |
